Robert Half’s client is seeking a Proposal Graphic Designer for a temporary, full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong passion for visual storytelling, concept development, and collaborative design. The successful candidate will bring innovative ideas to life by transforming abstract and written concepts into visually compelling graphics that support proposals and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Partner with leadership, proposal writers, and marketing teams to develop creative visual concepts that reflect project goals.
  • Idea Generation: Contribute imaginative, forward-thinking ideas during brainstorming sessions to engage and inspire target audiences.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract ideas into graphics, theme boards, mock-ups, and other visual materials that clearly communicate key messages.
  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality digital and print-ready assets including illustrations, layouts, concept art, and graphics in line with brand standards.
  • Feedback Integration: Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and cohesive project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain design files and records for accessibility and future use.



Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and proposal-related design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to develop original, impactful design concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
