- Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as an R&D Product Developer I?
You will:

Plan, lead, and coordinate R&D technical projects aligned with regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to commercialization.

Execute and manage pilot plant and factory trials in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

Communicate project progress, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Conduct product development activities including shelf-life testing, quality design, and consumer test preparation.

Troubleshoot ingredient functionality and optimize formulations during development and trial phases.

Partner with suppliers and internal teams while co-leading projects to ensure successful delivery of product innovations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in biscuit or snacking categories (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and commercialization.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with pilot plant trials and ingredient troubleshooting (a strong plus).
