Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability and optimize stock levels.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality or supply.
Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and new technologies to inform purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

Extensive experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for procurement and inventory management.
Strong supplier relationship management capabilities, including vendor evaluation and development.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and optimize purchasing strategies for cost savings.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
Proven experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management
Proficiency in advanced ERP/MRP system modules (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM)
Experience utilizing data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for spend analysis and market intelligence
