Customer Account Coordinator
Up to $55,000 Annually | Direct Hire | Hybrid (after 90 days) | Located in Solana Beach
A well-known and respected organization is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a direct hire position offering long-term growth, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work schedule after 90 days of in-office training.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing account information, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all customer needs are met with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts

Maintain and update client records in CRM and internal systems

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, order, or service issues

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication

Track account activity and report discrepancies or concerns

Process new orders, renewals, and account changes accurately

Support sales, operations, and customer success teams as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
1–3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
High attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Schedule:
-
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually DOE

Full-time, direct hire role
-
Hybrid schedule available after 90 days

Located in Solana Beach, San Diego
