Title: Medical Lab Technologist
50-mile radius rule(cannot reside under 50 mile of location)
Shift: 30 hrs nights 9pm-730am:
- Bachelors degree in medical lab tech or science required.
- ASCP MLS certification required (or equivalent national certifying agency),
- 2+ years in lab setting
- Epic EMR experience required.
Looking for a generalist PROFICIENT in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation and urinalysis, and gram stains.
Position summary: Under the direction of the Director, Supervisors, and Chief of Pathology, the Medical Lab Scientist 2 is responsible for maintaining a functional laboratory section(s) to meet the needs of patient care. Upholds the policies of the laboratory and ensures the quality of the work, while maintaining a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere.
