We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team, with potential to transition into a full-time role. This position involves working closely with clients, primarily children with autism, to provide behavior therapy and interventions. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience as an RBT, strong data collection skills, and a passion for delivering consistent and effective behavior support in a collaborative environment. Southern Therapy Solutions is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides only in-clinic, intensive therapy for speech, feeding, occupational, medical nutrition, and behavior therapies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver behavior therapy sessions to 1-3 clients in clinic-based settings
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress and behaviors
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Implement behavior interventions consistently according to treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams during weekly supervision
- Apply expertise working with pediatric populations, particularly autism spectrum disorder
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in behavior analysis
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorder clients
- Prior pediatric behavior therapy experience
- Commitment to professional growth with promotion potential and participation in formal training programs
