About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator / HR Generalist Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Las Vegas. This role provides day-to-day HR support and plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers, and the public—answering questions and directing inquiries.
- Support recruitment efforts by processing new-hire paperwork, reference checks, and staffing documentation.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation.
- Provide assistance with HR functions such as benefits, compensation, performance evaluations, and training.
- Compile reports and support data entry and analysis within HR systems.
- Ensure confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of general office experience
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
✅ Experience with data entry and reporting
Nice to Have
Previous Human Resources experience
Familiarity with Oracle HRMS
