Job Title: Telemetry Technician

Location: New York, NY, 10029

Contract: 9-Weeks

Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Hours: 37.50 hours per week (5 x 7.5-hour shifts).

Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Dysrhythmia Course.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross, issued within 1 year)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform continuous cardiac monitoring, ECG strip analysis, and Dysrhythmia Interpretation.
  • Identify rhythm changes, initiate codes, and record rhythms during emergency events
  • Perform Electrocardiograms with proper electrode placement.
  • Troubleshoot Telemetry equipment and respond appropriately to alarms.
  • Enter and verify orders, retrieve lab results, and ensure accurate documentation.
