Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC as a PSR Staff - Mental Health Professional in Gonzales, LA. Responsibilities:

• Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to adult and adolescent clients to promote recovery and well-being.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic activities to enhance coping skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage with families and caregivers to provide support and resources.
• Monitor client behavior and report any changes to the clinical team.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients.
• Attend weekly and montly supervision sessions with Clinical Director.

Requirements:

• Master's degree/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (CSW, LMSW) or related field (PLPC, LMFT).
• Current and valid state licensure in Louisiana.
• Experience working in mental health settings or with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.
