Builder Superintendent – High-End Custom Homes
Location: Austin & Hill Country (Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Granite Shoals, Lake Communities)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Builder / Superintendent (who has a strong operations backbone) to join this award-winning team. This is a chance to help families design and build their dream homes while ensuring the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency throughout the homebuilding process. We are not just looking for a BULDER, we are looking for a hands on leader, who is interested in not just building homes and making money, but in helping to SHAPE the future of the company and someone who is a strong leader, eager to grow in a role and possible help co lead with our Executive team in the next 3-5 yrs. We think this is a very unique opportunity for the right person.
What You’ll Do

Oversee construction through all phases of custom home projects.

Supervise, coordinate, and troubleshoot with multiple trade partners.

Monitor job site safety and enforce quality standards at every stage.

Schedule inspections, technicians, and walkthroughs.

Manage paperwork, change orders, POs, and invoices in a timely manner.

Communicate regularly with homeowners, guiding them through the building process.

Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure punch lists are completed promptly.

Partner with estimating & purchasing to verify bids and trade performance.

Review and apply construction manuals, specifications, HOA rules, and codes.

Maintain budgets, schedules, and profit margins while delivering exceptional results.

Represent the company professionally with homeowners, vendors, and trade partners.

Support and uphold company policies, values, and mission.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

7+ years of residential homebuilding experience (Custom home building experience is a MUST- this is a deal breaker ).

Passion for building high-quality custom homes with attention to detail.

Excellent customer service mindset and professional communication skills.

Strong organizational and scheduling abilities; able to prioritize and multi-task.

Proficiency with construction plans, cost estimating, and technology tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems).

Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while leading teams effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

College degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred (not required).
