Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supports K-12 students across multiple schools in the Aurora, CO area. The role is an on-site contract opportunity running through the current school year, with a strong possibility for renewal into the next academic year. The primary focus will be working with elementary-aged students, providing specialized speech and language services within a public school district committed to student progress and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy and intervention services to elementary students.
  • Manage a caseload typically ranging from 25 to 45 students, with responsibilities varying by assignment.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Participate in and bill for professional development days approved by the district.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant documentation, data collection, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification.
  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Experience working within school settings preferred; new graduates or those early in their career are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to student advocacy and evidence-based therapy practices.

Work Details:

  • Location: Aurora, CO (Denver area)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Contract duration: Immediately through May 21, 2026
  • On-site work only; no remote options available.
