We’re hiring a superb personal assistant to improve our efficiency and productivity to achieve our organizational goals. You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and any other duties as needed. 15 - 18 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Relay messages received through phone calls or emails to our team to make our business run more efficiently
  • Prepare meeting spaces for guests to create a welcoming environment
  • Run errands and pick up orders as needed
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
  • Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
  • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
