Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily clerical tasks, provide executive administrative assistance, manage phone calls, and maintain effective communication. The position is located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Phone Etiquette and Effective Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in healthcare administration is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Pay
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
