Facilitator – Leadership and Professional Development
Duration: Initial 6-month long contract!

Position Overview
- Contract facilitator role supporting leadership and professional development programs
- Hours are not guaranteed week-to-week

- Typically ~20 hours/week
- Unlikely to reach 40 hours/week
- Schedule is created several months in advance, based on upcoming program needs

- Facilitators are presented with upcoming sessions and indicate availability
Candidate Profile
- Highly skilled facilitator with strong executive presence
- Ability to engage and manage a room with confidence, including large audiences
- Comfortable facilitating sessions of up to ~40 participants regularly

- May sometimes co-facilitate larger sessions
Delivery & Content
- Sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Facilitators may support a variety of programs depending on alignment

- Example:

- Some programs include ~16 hours of content
- Others (e.g., Insights Discovery) may be shorter (~4 hours)
- Multiple program types available (approx. 6 different offerings)
- Classes are offered ~10 months per year

- High-volume programs may run ~13 times per month depending on demand
- At minimum, expect at least one session per month per program
Scheduling Expectations
- Once assigned to sessions, facilitators are expected to commit to those scheduled dates
- Planning and commitments are confirmed well in advance
Interview Process
- Initial Meet & Greet
- Presentation Round (candidate will facilitate/present as part of the evaluation)

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Professional Development - Facilitation & Production
· Facilitate leadership and professional development programs with professionalism, energy, and credibility for all levels of leadership.
· Deliver high-quality, high-volume virtual facilitation - either solo or co-facilitated - aligned to enterprise standards and facilitator excellence guidelines.
· Adapt facilitation style in real time to audience needs while maintaining program integrity and learning outcomes.
· Create psychologically safe learning environments that balance challenge, reflection, dialogue, and practical application.
· Provide production support for co-facilitated virtual events.
· Represent the L&OD function with professionalism, consistency, credibility, and executive presence.
Required Qualifications
· Significant virtual corporate facilitation experience for leadership and professional development programs.
· Experience with and demonstrated ability to facilitate effectively with senior leaders and executive audiences.
· Strong grasp of adult learning principles and leadership development frameworks.
· High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, navigate group dynamics, and hold productive tension.
· Comfortable facilitating across cultures, geographies, and leadership levels.
· Flexible schedule with the ability to support a rotating facilitation calendar.
· Exceptional professionalism, presence, and reliability.
· Fluency on Zoom and MS Teams as training platforms.
