We are a growing prosthetic and orthotic company located in Jupiter, FL, dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients through compassionate care and advanced technology. We’re seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Experience is not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments

• Scan, organize, and manage medical documents

• Communicate with physician offices to coordinate care and follow up on paperwork

• Enter patient and insurance data accurately into our system

• Perform general administrative and front office support tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Friendly, caring, and reliable with strong communication skills

• Eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Works well in a team setting and takes initiative

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Spanish-speaking a plus (but not required)

• Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required
