Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support K-12 students in Lees Summit, MO. This full-time contract position runs from August 13, 2025, through May 22, 2026, providing essential speech and language therapy services to elementary and high school age groups.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Position Details:
- Duration: Contract, August 13, 2025 May 22, 2026
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Location: Lees Summit, MO
- Age Group Served: Elementary and High School students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
