ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a solid foundation in both customer service and agency operations.
Im a graduate of UMKC with a B.A. and a proud parent of two. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies and staying active at the gym. We stay engaged in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Young Latino Professionals group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Mario Giraldo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
