I am looking for a hard working, reliable, talented, energetic individual who has a passion for food & cooking. We are a from scratch kitchen specializing in Italian cuisine that is open for dinner only Wednesday thru Saturday. Shift hours are 4:00pm to close which is typically around 9:30pm Wednesday/Thursday and 10:30pm Friday/Saturday. Additional hours are available on Tuesdays for prep 10-4pm for prep if you are interested. Experience cooking shrimp, scallops, salmon & occasionally steaks to order. Must be able to multi-task and be a team player assisting with making salads & appetizers as needed as well as completing side work and closing duties at the end of the shift. Must have a current Jackson County Food Handlers Permit or be able to obtain one within your first 30 days of employment. Pay is based on experience.
