Job Description

Job Description

WIC (Women, Infants & Children) is a trusted community program that helps families build healthy futures by providing nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy foods, and connections to healthcare and community resources for pregnant individuals, new parents, infants, and young children. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of local families.

At NEWCC, every interaction matters - and it all starts at the front desk. As the welcoming face and steady voice of our organization, our Client Access Specialists play a vital role in creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to be a trusted community partner committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare that honors the dignity and well-being of every individual we serve. We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community outreach services to individuals and families across Green Bay - regardless of their ability to pay.

With three dental clinics, two medical clinics, one WIC location, and two behavioral health clinics, we are growing - and we're looking for a full-time (36+ hours per week), experienced and empathetic Client Access Specialist to join our WIC team.

Working at NEWCC is more than a job - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every single day. As a nonprofit organization rooted in service, we care for a beautifully diverse patient population. You'll learn about new cultures and languages, build connections across communities, and experience the deep rewards of helping people access care they may not otherwise receive. You may even have opportunities to participate in outreach efforts that bring care directly to those who need it most - experiences you simply won't find in a traditional private practice.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun-loving team that cares deeply about one another - and about the patients we serve.

If you're someone who leads with empathy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes healthcare should be accessible to all, we'd love to meet you.
