Job Description:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to perform patient assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care. We take pride in our patient-centered approach, collaborative team culture, and unwavering commitment to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based plans of care

Deliver hands-on treatment for orthopedic and sports-related conditions

Collaborate with referring providers for optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Contribute positively to our clinic culture and team growth
Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent (MA license or eligibility required)

Physical Therapy License (Required) in MA state
-
New graduates welcome - outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
-
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Leadership interest a plus
