Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Install new HVAC units in residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide expert solutions
- Maintain compliance with NYC safety and building codes
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service
Keep service records and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment

Requirements

- 7+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license & reliable work vehicle
- Own HVAC tools, vehicle, and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication & customer service skills
