How You'll Contribute

In this role, you will take charge of a designated group of patients, delivering tailored physical therapy evaluations and treatments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Techs.
• Assessing patient needs and initiating appropriate interventions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Formulating and updating individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.
• Ensuring a safe environment that minimizes healthcare errors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Inpatient rehab experience is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Hourly Range: $39 - $47 per hour
