How You'll Contribute
In this role, you will take charge of a designated group of patients, delivering tailored physical therapy evaluations and treatments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Techs.
- Assessing patient needs and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
- Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Formulating and updating individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.
- Ensuring a safe environment that minimizes healthcare errors.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
- Inpatient rehab experience is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Hourly Range: $39 - $47 per hour
