As a key member of our marketing team, you will provide internal and external marketing support and outreach to help achieve our business objectives. In this role you will:

  • Provide internal and/or external marketing support and outreach that aligns with Idaho Housing business objectives.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and other materials as needed.
  • Plan and implement events such as ground-breaking ceremonies, ribbon-cutting events, and open houses to promote company initiatives and projects.
  • Conceive and produce high-quality, engaging, and useful content that supports business goals, is consistent with our mission, and meets the needs of our audiences.
  • Develop and implement effective communication and marketing plans that meet the needs of individual departments and align with company business objectives.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and vendors as necessary to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, produce, and distribute useful, engaging, and relevant content across all platforms, including email, website, blog, intranet, and social media.
  • Manage company website platforms, making changes and additions as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Moderate and monitor audience feedback across all channels, including social media and email, to ensure effective communication and customer engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and execute engaging and relevant email marketing content and campaigns that meet business goals, prioritize IHFA messaging, and are clear, accurate, and well-written.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or minimum of five years experience in public relations, communications, event planning, or marketing; or a combination of education and experience. (Required)
  • Experience with Adobe and Microsoft suites required.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to plan, work under deadlines, multi-task and handle multiple interruptions.
  • Must be well organized, goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to plan events and create marketing materials.
