Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership and will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, safety program alignment, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions for the site, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy administration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Oversee and support the administration of safety programs and OSHA compliance in partnership with the Safety and Operations teams.
  • Conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and support conflict resolution.
  • Partner with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, training, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and support audits as needed.
  • Facilitate workforce planning and talent development in alignment with production needs.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, feedback, and employee performance.
  • Lead or support special HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration at the site level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • At least 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience working with workplace safety programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
