Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and liaison between repairs, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate the return of customer products with an elevated level of professionalism.
- Create a positive and helpful customer experience.
- Receive and process all product returns and repairs, managing customer interactions received via multiplechannelsand communicating effectively to understand customer requirements, set customer expectations, andstrengtheningcustomer relationships.
- Organize on-time shipments/orders of replacement/repaired customer products,maintainand track product backlog.
- Assistin Incoming Quality Inspection Report Population andmanagement.
- Drive warranty cost reduction initiatives
- Validate warranty status
- Manage disposition of returned items for: refurbishment, supplier RMA, Disposal
Whatyoullneed to succeed:
MinimumRequirements-
- High School Diploma
- At least oneyearsworking in manufacturing, shipping & receiving, or customer service.
- Must have the ability to be highly detailed in a fast work environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Technical training/experience working with electronics
Physical Requirements-
- Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to stand and walk forlong periodsof time.
- Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, andmodifyequipment.
- Must be able to work with small objects and see smallprint.
- Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel periodically.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to40lbs.
- Mustbe able to reach overhead.
