Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Aqua-Metric Sales Company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support both customer service and warehouse operations. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong benefits, and a mix of office and hands-on work; ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a close-knit team.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders and basic inquiries
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping, labeling, and order organization
- Maintain accurate records and support inventory organization
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on your feet as needed
- Good attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in customer service, order entry, or warehouse/shipping
- Forklift operation
- Familiarity with inventory or shipping systems
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $15–$18 per hour (starting, based on experience)

This role will be filled in our Selma, TX warehouse and includes both desk work and physical activity in a warehouse environment.
