What You'll Do

• Collaboratively assist in setting up and running various machining equipment.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Support master machinists by executing routine machine maintenance and identifying issues.
• Participate in progressive training programs, boosting your machining skills and safety awareness.
• Promote safety and efficiency by maintaining a tidy work area.
• Align efforts with the team to achieve and exceed production objectives and deadlines.

Your Background

• Completed high school or hold an equivalent diploma; advantage for technical school insights.
• Initial exposure to machining processes beneficial, but not imperative.
• Detail-focused with a robust dedication to quality output.
• A team player with effective communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Must manage lifting of up to 50 pounds and endure prolonged standing periods.

• CNC Tooling acumen
