We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your expertise will help optimize quality systems, conduct rigorous quality audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Duties
- Lead and perform comprehensive quality audits of suppliers to verify adherence to quality management systems and standards
- Conduct detailed quality control inspections on incoming materials and components to identify defects or deviations
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols to enhance manufacturing processes and product reliability
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supplier performance, defect rates, and process variations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and implement corrective actions
- Maintain thorough documentation of quality inspection results, audit findings, and compliance reports
- Support supplier development initiatives by providing feedback and training on quality systems and best practices

- MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK PERMANENTLY IN THE US
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing/industrial engineering.
- Up to or greater than 2 years of general experience in a manufacturing environment covering a broad range of related quality functions and machining various materials from a quality and manufacturability perspective.
- At least 1 year of specific experience in developing, implementing, and coordinating quality plans.
- Demonstrated ability in statistical process control techniques, methods, procedures and systems.
- Intermediate level of PC (Microsoft Office) and SPC software experience.
- Sound decision making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
