Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Bonus Opportunities: Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Continuing Education: We offer coverage for continuing education!

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

In this role, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. You will play a vital role in the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the time and attention they need and deserve. Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable)
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care for overall dental health maintenance
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill essential job functions.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
