Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for professionally responding to and interfacing directly with customer service calls from established accounts, including customer inquiries with orders/deliveries, AR/AP balance issues, fulfilling orders and addressing special requests. This role also involves managing various account-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle all Customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner with a Customer First mentality.
- Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication.
- Handle all accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP) customer payment and account obstacles, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage internal field representative payment clearing processes.
- Oversee all customer emails related to order processing to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers in signing up for fintech services.
- Support the web box functionality for email obstacles and manage communication effectively.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:

Must be at least 21 years old

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
