Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics
An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Lee’s Summit, MO. Work closely with Physical Therapists to support patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and mobility challenges. Help improve patient outcomes by assisting with targeted rehabilitation programs.
Schedule:

<li>Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.</li>
<li>Follow treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation.</li>
<li>Document treatment sessions and report progress to the supervising therapist.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.</li>
<li>Valid Missouri PTA license.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise techniques.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.</li>
