Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Senior Helpers' services within the local community.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website content management.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Create engaging content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead sales initiatives to generate leads, build relationships with referral sources, and close sales opportunities.
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, and sales, preferably within healthcare or senior services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus.
