Our facilities function as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:
- Long-term care for residents needing continuous skilled support and compassionate daily assistance

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction and ensure that care and services are delivered to help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. You will also be responsible for providing clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Diploma in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment
