A leading luxury property in Southern California is seeking an exceptional Training Manager to elevate service standards and drive a culture of excellence across the property. This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping the guest experience through world-class training, coaching, and development.


🌟 The Role

  • Lead all training and development initiatives across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and key hotel departments
  • Design and implement structured service training, and leadership development programs
  • Ensure full alignment with Forbes standards, audit requirements, and luxury service benchmarks
  • Partner closely with department heads to identify gaps and continuously elevate performance
  • Drive consistency, accountability, and a strong service culture throughout the hotel


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven training leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment
  • Hands-on experience across Rooms Division, F&B, and core hotel operations
  • Must have prior experience with Forbes 4-Star or 5-Star properties and a deep understanding of Forbes standards and audits
  • Strong facilitator with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about luxury hospitality
