Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to become a part of our outpatient team within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this position, you will offer individual and family therapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, while crafting customized treatment plans that cater to each individual's specific requirements.

Utilizing evidence-based methodologies, you will perform thorough psychosocial evaluations, develop precise clinical assessments, and implement therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing emotional, behavioral, and relational health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Engage clients and families in goal-setting and relapse-prevention strategies.
  • Perform risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when required.
  • Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and team meetings.
