Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Licensed Physical Therapists passionate about working with school-aged children are encouraged to apply for this impactful on-site position running from July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Prior experience providing physical therapy in a K-12 or pediatric school environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to assess and develop interventions for students with diverse needs
  • Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ESY physical therapy services to a small caseload of approximately 10-15 students
  • Conduct on-site therapy sessions Monday through Friday, five hours per day
  • Perform student assessments, create and implement individualized plans, and monitor progress
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and progress toward IEP goals
  • Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
