Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Prior experience providing physical therapy in a K-12 or pediatric school environment strongly preferred
- Ability to assess and develop interventions for students with diverse needs
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ESY physical therapy services to a small caseload of approximately 10-15 students
- Conduct on-site therapy sessions Monday through Friday, five hours per day
- Perform student assessments, create and implement individualized plans, and monitor progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and progress toward IEP goals
- Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
