Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room using the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise nursing personnel to maintain high standards.
- Document nursing actions and patient teaching accurately and timely.
- Communicate critical patient and family information with the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate in identifying and implementing solutions when patient outcomes differ from goals.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with proven CVOR nursing experience.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent clinical judgment.
