Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring during a peak business period. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for hourly healthcare-related positions. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting mission-oriented work. This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity with minimal onsite requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and open requisitions
- Source candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, and community outreach
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams
- Manage candidates through the hiring process from application to offer
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with workforce planning and provide insights on hiring trends and candidate availability
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a healthcare or related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards (ATS experience required)

- Contract role anticipated to last approximately 3 months
