Currently, we are seeking an individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Data entry
  • Billing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • PO management
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Communicating with customers and vendors
  • Document management (scanning, filing, etc)
  • Processing mail
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Scheduling appointments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Proficient in touch typing
  • Computer literate

Industry specific training will be provided
