Sun Glass is seeking full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Sun Glass team in Durango, Colorado. We are looking for dependable team players who have at least 3 years of customer service experience.
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Working within a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, this role ensures efficient order processing, accurate data entry, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience during standard business hours.

This is a full-time positions within our organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and in-person
- Process customer quotes and orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers
- Collaborate with team members
- Verify materials needed for daily projects.
- Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the window, door, and glass industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in data entry
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background and drug test.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills.
