Automated Health Systems has part time call center positions available in our Maryland Heights, MO office.
This is an onsite position.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Documenting calls and creating workflows.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
- Understanding of MO Medicaid Programs preferred.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
