We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with strong oilfield experience to support inventory, data management, and administrative functions. This role requires familiarity with oilfield terminology, materials, and workflows, along with the ability to manage confidential financial and inventory data in a fast-paced environment. Inventory experience is a plus and will be viewed favorably.
Essential Functions

- Enter and maintain accurate material transfer data from customers into proprietary inventory software program.
- Maintain data related to inventory inspections and customer-facing reporting.
- Create and manage confidential financial tickets using proprietary software to communicate with Accounting Department.
- Place stocking orders, re-orders, and special orders with approved vendors.
- Process orders for company products by coordinating with technical and management personnel.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, documentation, and phone calls.
- Answer departmental phones; take messages and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure phone and administrative coverage.
- Code and file documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Reconcile records and report discrepancies at month-end.
- Ensure compliance with established departmental procedures using appropriate checklists and standard forms.
- Interact professionally with external customers, vendors, and visitors, as well as internal employees at all levels of the organization.
- Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers. Occasional interaction with operations or warehouse personnel may be required. es.
Physical Demands
This role is largely sedentary; however, some filing and document handling is required. This may include lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing on as necessary.
Position Type/Work Schedule
- This is a full-time hourly position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two to three years of relevant experience required
- Prior oilfield or energy industry experience strongly preferred
- Inventory management or inventory control experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
