Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients with physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive challenges to determine the potential benefits of occupational therapy for enhancing their quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to design, implement, and evaluate patient care plans aimed at restoring or maintaining well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of care provided and engage in care coordination with other team members.
• Educate and train caregivers and family members on patient care techniques.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides, as needed, ensuring patient care aligns with individual requirements.
