The Housing Authority of Kirkwood, Missouri is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director. Starting salary upto $75,000 commensurate on experience and ability. Benefit package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, defined benefit pension plan with 5 years to vesting and 2 weeks paid vacation.

Challenging work you will be doing:

• Leads and manages all business and administrative functions of the Housing Authority to ensure effective operations and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Leads and oversees all business and administrative operations of the Housing Authority to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant organizational performance.
• Supervises 5 staff members

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational experience
• 5 years in property management, public administration or the equivalent of professional training and relevant experience.
• Strong financial skills
• Knowledge of federal housing programs
• Certification as a Public Housing Manager (PHM) or must acquire certification within one year of employment.
