Our team includes Therapists, Psychologists, Registered Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Nurse Practitioners and MDs focused on behavioral health.

Responsibilities:
- Daily office attendance, serving as the welcoming face of our clinic. Facilitating patient check-ins, collecting copays, updating patient demographics and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Communicate with providers and clients in a timely professional manner.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Multi-tasking is a must. We often have several tasks to complete while also making sure that calls are getting answered and clients' needs are met.
- Receptionist Skills and Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Written and Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Suite, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Timeliness
- Managing patient check-outs and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Promptly addressing patient inquiries and messages via phone call, e-mail, text message, and electronic health record
Qualifications:
- Experience as a front desk team member or other similar patient-facing customer service role
- Familiarity with or interest in learning administrative procedures, particularly in a mental health setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, dedicated to providing exceptional support to patients undergoing mental health treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating meaningful patient relationships
- Ability to work closely with providers, offering and receiving support, and striving for mutual growth and development
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive medical team environment
Schedule: Monday - Friday Approximately 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - 4 or 5 days a week
This position is full-time working 30+ hours per week in our Bountiful and Layton offices. We ask all team members to be willing to work at all locations if needed for coverage for teammates.
Hourly pay based on experience.
Full-time employees working more than 30 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period.
