Job requirements:
• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred (not required)
• Must have experience designing for Missy budget market- ROSS/BURLINGTON/BEALLS
• Ability to draw professional flat sketches
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and raw materials
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional written communication skills in English (especially for email)
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new seasonal styles for the Missy women’s dress line
• Create inspiration boards, seasonal color palettes, and print collections
• Research market trends, colors, and silhouettes to drive new design concepts
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure designs meet customer needs
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Handle professional email follow-ups and approvals
