Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of ultra-luxury custom home projects. This role requires exceptional construction expertise, refined communication skills, and a deep understanding of high-end finishes, complex structural systems, and bespoke architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering elite residential estates with precision, discretion, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction from site preparation through final handover, ensuring impeccable quality and craftsmanship
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule adherence across complex, multi-phase builds
  • Supervise high-end structural work including custom foundations, steel and concrete systems, and architectural framing
  • Ensure flawless execution of luxury finishes, millwork, smart home systems, and specialty installations
  • Interpret and execute detailed architectural and engineering plans with precision
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and permitting requirements
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients, architects, designers, and consultants, maintaining a professional and discreet presence
  • Maintain thorough documentation including daily reports, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and ownership to ensure vision alignment and timely decision-making


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end residential construction, with at least 5 years managing custom home builds.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques
  • High school diploma required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
