Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current state SLP license and certification (eligible for assignments in Massachusetts)
- Prior experience delivering speech therapy in educational settings, with virtual/telepractice experience a plus
- Professional liability insurance required
- Strong independent work ethic; able to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families remotely
- Tech proficiency to navigate online platforms for therapy and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy and assessments for K-12 students via secure digital platform
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate therapy records and timely progress reports
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Manage caseload and schedule independently while meeting district and compliance requirements
