We’re growing fast and looking to add motivated Field Sales Representatives who want to build a real career, not just chase quick commissions.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with homeowners to inspect properties, identify exterior remodeling needs, and present customized solutions. You’ll work warm and self-generated leads, represent a highly trusted brand, and guide customers through the sales process from inspection to contract.
This is a relationship-driven, in-home sales role with strong support, proven systems, and high-quality products behind you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled and self-generated appointments
- Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
- Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project options
- Present estimates and close contracts in-home
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth handoff to production
- Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Represent Potomac Custom Remodeling professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, construction, or remodeling is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and perform basic exterior inspections
