Job Summary:
Learning Together Educational Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The COTA will provide support to children age infant to 3 years old in achieving their educational and developmental goals. This position is initially part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on patient needs and caseload growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Work one-on-one to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address childs needs and support Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to the supervising OT.
• Use evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to create engaging and effective therapy sessions.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines set forth by state and national regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience working with children and/or students with diverse abilities (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with students, families, and educators.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 30 per week
